Services Provided
Pristine Pest provides professional pest control and pest management services, including but not limited to:
- Residential and commercial pest control
- SMART digital pest monitoring
- Termite inspection and treatment
- Tick and mosquito management (LymeShield)
- Wildlife control and exclusion
- Home shield exclusion services
- Bed bug detection and treatment
- Real estate pest inspections (WDI reports)
All services are performed by licensed, certified technicians in compliance with applicable New York State regulations and EPA guidelines.
Service Agreements and Scheduling
Specific service terms, pricing, and schedules will be outlined in a separate service agreement provided before any work begins. By scheduling a service, you authorize our technicians to access the specified property to perform the agreed-upon pest control services.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate property and contact information
- Ensure safe access to the service area
- Follow all pre-service and post-service instructions provided by our technicians
- Notify us of any hazardous conditions, pets, or special considerations at the property
- Be present or arrange access for scheduled appointments
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is provided through estimates or quotes and confirmed in writing before service begins. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.
Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work required. If additional services are needed beyond the original quote, we will notify you and obtain approval before proceeding.
Warranties and Guarantees
Pristine Pest stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in your service agreement. Our general policies include:
- Satisfaction guarantee: If pests return between scheduled treatments, we will return at no additional charge
- Re-treatment policy: Active service plan members are covered for re-treatments of covered pests
- Inspection accuracy: Real estate pest inspection (WDI) reports reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection
Warranties do not cover pest activity resulting from new construction, structural changes, or failure to follow technician recommendations for structural repairs or sanitation improvements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Pest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Pristine Pest is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage, cosmetic imperfections, or conditions that existed before our service. Pest control treatments are designed to manage and reduce pest populations; complete elimination of all pests from an environment may not be achievable in every circumstance.
