About Pristine Pest
The Science Behind the Shield
For over 50 years, Pristine Pest has protected Westchester County homes and businesses with pest management grounded in entomological science, not guesswork. Our Cornell-educated team combines decades of field experience with cutting-edge SMART digital monitoring to deliver results that conventional exterminators simply cannot match.
Our Story
Founded on Science. Driven by Results.
When Pristine Pest was founded in 1971, the pest control industry relied almost exclusively on broad-spectrum chemical applications. We took a different path. Drawing on Cornell University's pioneering Integrated Pest Management research, we built our company around a simple principle: understand the pest before you treat the problem.
That science-first approach has guided every decision since. While other companies spray on a calendar schedule, our technicians conduct detailed biological assessments, identify root causes, and deploy targeted interventions that address the underlying conditions driving pest activity.
Today, as an Anticimex SMART Partner, we have added 24/7 digital monitoring to our arsenal. Wireless sensors installed throughout a property detect and track rodent activity in real-time, allowing us to respond to threats before they become infestations. It is the most significant advancement in pest management since IPM itself, and Pristine Pest was among the first in the Northeast to deploy it.
